The C95 is the main route in to the extensive industrial are between Alloas town centre and the River Forth. It starts on the A907 roundabout at Ludgate and heads south down Glasshouse Loan. The first section of this follows an old railway line, and then after passing under Bedford Place, the route finds the old B906 route. The C95 then turns east along Castle Street, and does not include the continuation of the B road to the disused ferry slipway, which is now all redeveloped. It then turns south again along the dualled Lime Tree Walk, stopping at the roundabout
