Skerrington Roundabout is the junction of the A76 and the B7083 at the southern end of the Cumnock Bypass. It was built in 1991 as part of the bypass, at a point where the A76 always kinked right to enter Cumnock. The roundabout allowed the A76 to continue ahead onto the bypass, while the older alignment through the town is now numbered as the B7083. A fourth arm, leading south, is unclassified. All four arms of the junction have two approach lanes, although the dividing line has worn away and not been replaced on some of them.
