Strang Crossroads is a mini roundabout junction at Strang near Noble's Hospital on the edge of Douglas, where the A22 and A23 cross. It is completely unsigned, both at the junction itself (which is common on the Isle of Man) and in advance, making it a bit of a guessing game for visitors to the island. Despite its proximity to the hospital, and being on a bus route to the hospital, most traffic for the hospital is actually directed to approach from the south on the A23, and therefore not pass through this junction at all.
