Route outline (key)
B4411 Glan-Dwyfach - Criccieth

The B4411 is a short rural B-road in western Caernarfonshire.

The route starts on the A487 (former B4410) at Glan-Dwyfach and heads south, initially parallel to the River Dwyfach, although trees and hedgerows hide the water from view. After a mile or so the river meanders off to the west whilst the B4411 continues south, climbing a little into the hills to the east. Once on higher ground, a scattering of houses are passed amongst the fields, and then the small village of Rhoslan is reached. A row of council houses sit back behind a service road, but the B4411 maintains a straight run through the village, soon emerging into the fields once more. As the route drops down hill it bends to the south east into the valley of the Dwyfor, and then turns east to cross the river at Pont Rhyd-y-Benllig, an old stone bridge set on a double bend. Climbing again, the route continues east to the top of the low hill, where it turns south once more, winding a little as it descends into Cricceth.

The route enters the town as Caernarfon Road and descends gently past a mixture of housing. After a fairly built up area on the edge of town, fields resume to the right, with a short row of houses between them. The sea is now in view ahead, and as the route passes a large garage site, the gradient increases a little and suddenly there is a wide view of Tremadoc Bay ahead. The route continues to descend down towards the coast, ending at a crossroads on the A497. The unclassified road opposite crosses the railway line to reach the seafront.
