The B5110 is a short link road on Anglesey.
It starts within sight of the sea on the A5025 on the edge of Marian-glas and heads southwest through the village. It soon reaches Brynteg, where it meets the B5108.
The road now descends slowly into the marshes and continues south. After a couple of miles it reaches the edge of Llangefni. It ends here at a junction with the B5111, where that road has to TOTSO.
