The C11 is, as with several routes in West Lothian, a difficult route to pinpoint. All that is absolutely certain is that it starts on the B7015, Main Street, in Fauldhouse. It appears to then follow Bridge Street and Greenburn Road to the junction with Willowbrae, which may or may not be partially included as a spur - a section of it is a private road. Continuing south from the junction, there is a route which can be followed south across the fields, over the railway and so to the A71. However, this does not appear to have ever been properly open to traffic, and it is dubious if it was ever even adopted. The length of the C11 stated by the council is 1.85KM, or about 1.2 miles, more than double that identified above.
