The Isle of Mull lies to the West of Oban, and south of the Morvern Peninsula. Other smaller islands lie nearby, including Kerrera, and Lismore off the Argyll Coast and Ulva, Iona and Staffa off the Mull coast.
Mull and Lismore both have vehicle ferry connections to the mainland.
