Bournemouth West Roundabout is a junction on the Wessex Way in Bournemouth. Its name is probably a reference to Bournemouth West railway station, which was positioned nearby, but closed before this junction opened.
The opening of the junction changed the path of Cambridge Road considerably, as this used to continue north-east to Branksome Wood Road. When the first section of Wessex Way opened, to the east of here, it ended at a temporary junction with Cambridge Road and the B3065 Surrey Road.
Soon afterwards the western section opened, and the new roundabout was built to the west.
