Kinnaird Interchange, sometimes called Hill of Kinnaird Interchange to distinguish it from Kinnaird House Interchange, is junction 8 of the M9.
The junction is a simple fork which marks the west end of the D3M section of the M9 that is multiplexed with the M876. The two motorways approach from the west, the M876 reducing to a single lane in each direction shortly before the merge to form a lane gain on the M9. The D3M section lasts for just under a mile before the motorways split once more at Kinnaird House Interchange, from where the M876 leads out to the Kincardine and Clackmannanshire Bridges, while the M9 continues to Edinburgh. The junction was opened in 1980, simultaneously with the nearby sections of both motorways.
