The C132C starts on the A93, North Deeside Road, in Milltimber, and heads north on Contlaw Road. This skirts the side of the urban area, before heading out into open country and turning westwards, crossing the new Aberdeen Western Peripheral Route. After passing Contlaw, and zig-zagging through some bends, the route comes to an end on the B979 north of Peterculter.
