This article is about the Class III road numbered C724 maintained by Lincolnshire Council.
For other roads numbered C724, see C724.
For other roads numbered C724, see C724.
The C724 maintained by Lincolnshire Council is the former A1073 Crowland Bypass. It also takes in the former route of the A1073 towards Eye, called Peterborough Road until it meets the local authority boundary with Peterborough Council. Unusually for a Class III road, both authorities have numbered it with the same number, so it continues as C724 on the other side of the boundary.
The road was given its present number with the opening of the new A16, linking Peterborough with Spalding in 2011.
It is described in the freedom of information request[1] as being:
ROADNUMBER | ROADNAME | SITE_CODE | LENGTH | ROADCLASS | PARISH | DESCRIPTION |
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
