Carnwath Roundabout is a mini roundabout on the edge of Carnwarth village at the junction of the A70 and the A721. The two routes multiplex westwards through the village, and the junction is an effective TOTSO for the A70, which comes in from the north while the A721 approaches from the east, forming a straight line onto the village's Main Street. The A721 - A70 route is perhaps also the busiest in terms of traffic flow these days.
