Hooton Crossroads is a on the Wirral Peninsula, Cheshire, England. It is a suburb of the town of Ellesmere Port and part of the unitary authority of Cheshire West and Chester. Hooton Crossroads are located at the junction of the A41, the A550 and the B5133 immediately south of Junction 5 of the M53
The A550 at this point forms a primary link road to Queensferry and Nth Wales.
The B5133 runs part way across the peninsula to Willaston.
