The A4313 is Ocotal Way in Swindon, a local distributor road. The number is not signed on the ground and a few maps incorrectly label the road A313.
The route starts on the A4289 ring road at the southern roundabout at the Transfer Bridges and heads east, with the railway line to the left and a retail park to the right. We soon turn right at a roundabout to run between the retail park and a housing estate, although housing is never accessible directly off this road. There are a couple of sets of traffic lights and we cross Shrivenham Road (the original line of the A420) before passing between a park and a school. The road soon ends at a light-controlled junction with the A4312.
