The B4141 is a short road on the northern outskirts of Swindon. The road was originally unclassified then became part of the A345 by the 1970s. Its present number seems to date to the 1990s.
The road starts at traffic lights on the original line of the A419 (now numbered B4006 to the southeast) by the Kingsdown Inn and heads northeast along the residential Kingsdown Road. The houses end just before we cross over the present A419, then the road continues through what would be open country were it not for the industrial estate and cemetery we pass. There's also a huge warehouse hidden off to the right. Presently a roundabout is reached where the road ends on the A361. There's another industrial estate ahead.
