Broadleys Roundabout lies in the midst of Stirling's vast industrial area to the east of the city centre. It is one of the main access points to the Springkerse Retail Park, particularly from the west, and also links the city centre to the east, meaning it can be a busy junction at times. The junction is a simple 4-arm roundabout where the A905 passes through from east to west, with unclassified roads to north and south. That to the south is the only access to the newest part of the industrial area, with new premises being built behind the retail units on the roadside. The road to the north is the former line of the A905, which was realigned with a single sweeping bend in place of the series of bends on the old road. It now leads into the retail park, whilst the new A905 line leads to the A91 eastern bypass road.
