The C15 starts on the B816 just to the east of Castlecary and heads south, including a double dogleg to cross the railway line. A series of sharp bends turn the road eastwards as it becomes Lochgreen Road. It eventually reaches the B803 at Glen Village on the edge of Falkirk.
