The C462 is a route that connects the A6 and A626 in Stockport. It runs from the A6 to the north west of Hazel Grove, along Dialstone Lane and Banks Lane. It crosses the B6171 at a signalised crossroads, followed by Hempshaw Lane at another signalised junction. The route terminates on the A626 at a staggered crossroads in the Portwood area of Stockport.
