The B5093 was a short B-road in eastern Cheshire.
It started on the B5092 in Woodford, to the west of Poynton, and headed north. After meeting the B5094 and B5095 in the centre of Bramhall the road continued in the same direction through Davenport to end on the A6 in the Heaviley area of Stockport, to the south of the town centre.
In the early 1930s the road was upgraded to Class I status, becoming the A5102, which it remains.
