Carrickmines Interchange is junction 15 of the M50. The road through here opened in June 2005, and the interchange opened a few months later.

The junction is a modified dumbbell arrangement, with three roundabouts. It provides access to the expanding Carrickmines area of Dublin, as well as to Leopardstown Racecourse (which is positioned next to the M50), and a park and ride site for people coming from the south.

Immediately north-west of here, the Cherrywood branch of the Luas Green line crosses the M50.
