Houston Interchange on the A899 in Livingston was originally built as a full cloverleaf junction like Cousland Interchange a short distance to the south. However, Houston has had half of the slip roads removed to create a Parclo type of junction in the early 2000s. The original sliproads remain in the north east and south west corners, with the onslips have an additional lane built parallel to the offslips in order to reach a pair of roundabout added to create a dumbbell junction on the minor road which passes under the A899. The north west corner is now home to an Aldi store, while the south east corner has some office buildings, in both cases accessed from the roundabouts.
