Tailend Roundabout is a four armed roundabout junction on the A779 to the west of Livingston, near the Starlaw Business Park and the town's Crematorium. The A779 passes through on a roughly east-west alignment, with two minor roads heading off to the north. The busier of these is Deans Road, which heads north east and is a major distributor route for the northern parts of the town, while to the north west is the main access to the Starlaw Business Park. All four arms have two approach and one exit lanes, with the roundabout having two (unlined) circulatory lanes.
