The B75 is a short B-road in east County Londonderry.
The road starts on the B64 in the centre of Kilrea, just to the west of that road's junction with the A54. Our road heads southwest out of town along Drumgamer Road and soon reaches open country. It continues in the same direction along a largely straight road.
After a few miles the B75 goes through Upperlands. It ends shortly afterwards at a T-junction on the A29.
