The B43 is a relatively short B-road in east County Tyrone.
The road starts on the A45 (former A4) at a mini-roundabout to the west of Dungannon town centre. It heads north along Newell Road and soon becomes Pomeroy Road, which is the street name for the majority of the road's route. The B43 bears left at adjacent mini-roundabouts and quickly leaves town.
Presently the road reaches Donaghmore, where it once met the short-lived B121. On the far side of the village the road becomes quite straight for a few miles as it crosses the fields. There are a few bends on this section of road but the first sharp bend is met just before reaching Pomeroy where the road bends to the right to reach a T-junction. The B43 TOTSOs left here; to the right is the B160.
The B43 continues, now along Tanderagee Road, into the centre of Pomeroy. Just after the traffic calming starts the road ends. The B4 comes in from the right and TOTSOs at this junction.
