The C34 starts on the A9 at the western edge of Bridge of Allan, just to the east of the prominent Lecropt Kirk. It curves westwards to pass under the M9, and continues around the edge of the Keir estate, forking right at Craigdownings. At Old Keir, it turns to climb the hill above the River Teith, slowly turning north away from the river, and coming to an end on the B824 near the David Stirling Memorial at the summit of the hill.
