Potters Bar is a town in Middlesex, currently administered by Hertfordshire Council, located on the Great North Road. It was bypassed in the 1920s by the Barnet Bypass, and again with the M16/A1178 (now part of the M25). Road numbers in the town changed a fair bit when the M25 was opened.
