The A6090 runs for approximately 300 yards in Roxburghshire at Bonjedward, north of Jedburgh, cutting off the corner between the A68 and A698 for Jedburgh-Kelso traffic. The road is too short for its number to appear on either Ordnance Survey Landranger or Explorer maps - and many maps claim the road to be a spur of the A698 - although it is mentioned in the Scottish Borders Council's list of classified roads as part of the Bonjedward Triangle.
