This article is about the Class III road numbered C503 maintained by Perth and Kinross Council.

The C503 is the former line of the A9 south of Pitlochry. It starts just north of Moulinearn and runs alongside the new road through Tomnabrack and East Haugh, to meet the A924 at the southern end of the Pitlochry Bypass. The 1982 OS Landranger sheet, produced shortly after the Pitlochry Bypass opened, shows this route as being part of the A924 extension, but it is not clear if this was actually the case, or just a mapping error due to confusion at the time.
