The B574 is a short loop west off the A509 north of Wellingborough serving the Northamptonshire village of Little Harrowden.
It starts on the A509 by the church in Great Harrowden (where the route number is not posted) and heads west, reaching Little Harrowden under half a mile further on. The road meets a roundabout in the village and turns right to go along Main Street. The route ends a short distance further on, back on the A509 at Hill Top.
