The C67 starts at Junction 27 of the M8, heading initially eastwards away from the A741. The road soon crosses the motorway and heads south along the eastern edge of Paisley to meet the A761 at a crossroads east of the town centre. A spur leads eastwards from just outside Paisley towards the C15 on the edge of Hillington Industrial Estate.
