The Forth Bridges Unit is an operating unit of Transport Scotland. Amey is currently the operating company contracted to run it.

The contract was created to take over operation of the Forth Road Bridge on the dissolution of the Forth Estuary Transport Authority along with that of the new Queensferry Crossing on its completion and also includes the approaches to the bridges for several miles on either side of the Forth into Edinburgh and Fife.

Amey was awarded the contract to operate the unit and commenced operating on 1 June 2015.
