Fife Council

Fife Council is the Highway Authority for all the roads in the Council Area except the A90, A92, A985 and Motorways which are managed by Transport Scotland. As of 2016, Government Statistics say that the council is responsible for 197.4 miles of A roads; 195.3 miles of B roads and 1283.5 miles of other roads. There is an additional 55.9 miles of Trunk roads and 11.3 miles of Motorway within the council area, which are maintained by Transport Scotland.
