Monks Heath Crossroads is a signalised crossroads where the A34 and A537 intersect. The junction experiences congestion during peak hours. The approach from the north was widened to create a left turn lane at the time the A34 Alderley Edge Bypass was built.
There is an unclassified but signed cut-through lane in the north west quadrant to allow some turning traffic to bypass the junction.
