The South Wales Trunk Road Agent / Asiant Cefnffyrdd De Cymru is an agency of the Welsh Government, responsible for the management and improvement of trunk roads (including motorways) in Blaenau Gwent, Bridgend, Caerphilly, Cardiff, Carmarthenshire, Merthyr Tydfil, Monmouthshire, Neath Port Talbot, Newport, Pembrokeshire, Rhondda Cynon Taf, Swansea, Torfaen, and the Vale of Glamorgan. It took over from the South Wales Trunk Road Agency on 1 April 2012.
