The North and Mid Wales Trunk Road Agent / Asiant Cefnffyrdd Gogledd a Chanolbarth Cymru is an agency of the Welsh Government, responsible for the management and improvement of trunk roads in Ceredigion, Conwy, Denbighshire, Flintshire, Gwynedd, the Isle of Anglesey, Powys, and Wrexham. It took over from the North Wales Trunk Road Agency and the Mid Wales Trunk Road Agency on 1 April 2012.
