The B1513 is a dockside road on Teesside forming a northerly loop off the A66.
The road starts on the edge of Cargo Fleet, at a roundabout where it meets the A66 and A171, and heads north. It crosses a bridge over the Tees Valley Line and an unclassified road to the Riverside Stadium and then curves to the right to meet the latter at a roundabout, where it turns left to head east, parallel to the railway line.
The road passes a recycling centre and some light industry before crossing an area of waste ground to reach a roundabout. The road ahead is more of the same; left is access to the docks; the B1513, however, turns right.
We follow Old Station Road back across the railway line. "Old" refers to the fact that South Bank station was situated roundabout here before being resited in 1984. The road continues on through an industrial estate before ending at a roundabout back on the A66.
