Route outline (key) | ||||

The B654 was a short link road in Luton town centre.
It started on the A6 New Bedford Road between the two railway bridges - the Midland Main Line to the north and the line to Dunstable (now part of the guided busway) to the south. The road headed vaguely eastwards, soon going under the Dunstable line, before running along Guildford Street to end on the A601 Church Street.
Owing to the short length of the road it is not known exactly when the number ceased to exist. The route is now part of the A6 mainline through the town, although traffic is signed to avoid the road.
