The B667 is a short link road through the suburbs to the east of Leicester city centre.
The road starts at traffic lights on the A6030 Leicester eastern bypass and heads east along Evington Lane, which soon becomes semi-rural as it passes a golf course on the right whilst the houses on the left are hidden behind trees and accessed from a service road.
It's not long before the houses come back on both sides, however, as we reach Evington proper. The road runs along Main Street, past the village green, and then reaches a mini-roundabout where we join the original line of the B582 as we continue north. We follow the tree-lined suburban Spencefield Lane and presently end at a T-junction on the A47.
