Rhodes Interchange is junction 19 of the M60 and was junction 5 of the M66.
It is also locally known as the "Three Arrows Roundabout" It opened in 1971 as a temporary terminus for the M66, though its extension did not open until 2000, by which point it had become the M60.
History
It opened on 3 August 1971 as part of the M66 link from Simister Island and M62 J17 to J22 section opening. Originally there were just the northern M66 link from A576.
The southern slip roads and the complete junction was opened on 30 October 2000 as part of the M60 J19 to J24 scheme.
