The Black Horse junction in Birmingham, named after the pub on located on the junction is a junction on the A38 and is the southern terminus of the Northfield By-pass completed in 2007. It provides a junction with the A38 with the unclassified Frankley Beeches Road, Great Stone Road and the former alignment of the A38 the Bristol Road South. Traffic requiring the B4121 southbound is directed down Great Stone Road effectively providing a by-pass to Northfield Centre as the B4121 itself passes to the north of the centre.
