The Manadon Interchange is a junction in Plymouth between the A38 and A386. The B3250 also begins at this junction. It is also currently the only three level interchange in Devon. The junction replaced a cloverleaf like layout to the north, which is now between the A386 and a local B-road.
Despite its layout, the junction is far from the busiest of its type, with most traffic remaining on the A38 or A386. The A386 northbound has been reduced to one lane, with the remaining width taken up by a cycle lane. The southbound carriageway and the A38 are still two lanes and D2 respectively.
