Palm Court Island is a Grade Separated Junction on the A38 near Derby.
It was originally a series of junctions between the A6 Duffield Road, Church Lane, Devonshire Avenue and Kings Croft.
In the 1960s the new A61 dual carriageway opened along Abbey Hill. A large roundabout was built incorporated all of these roads.
The A6 Queensway was later built, at which point a new grade separated roundabout was provided. Abbey Hill became part of the A6, and the Duffield Road and Church Lane exits were combined into one.
