The B3060 is a short link road linking Paignton with its western bypass.
The road starts at a roundabout on the A380 bypass and heads southeastwards. The road quickly becomes built-up and then the sea becomes visible at the bottom of the hill ahead. We descend Marldon Road into the centre of Paignton and presently reach a mini-roundabout where we bear left. The B3060 runs to the north of the town centre along Cecil Road and it's not long before the road ends at traffic lights on the A3022 Torquay Road.
