The B6532 in County Durham connects the former colliery town of Stanley to the city of Durham. The road was originally unclassified, except for the southern end which was part of the A177, but the road came into existence around 1975.
The route starts at a large roundabout junction with the A693 in Stanley and runs south-easterly through a continuously built-up residential area for some distance, although the housing is set well back from the road. The first discrete rural settlement reached is Craghead, from where the road continues through Edmondsley and Sacriston, which is the largest village hereabouts. On the approach to Durham the B6352 passes beneath the A167 before ending on the A691 by County Hall, in the northern part of the city.
