The B6902 is a suburban B-road in Leeds. The number came into being with the opening of the East Leeds Orbital Road and the A6120 number being reassigned to that.
The road starts at a roundabout north of the suburb of Monkswood and heads south, crossing the A58 at a roundabout. At the following roundabout we meet the A64 and which is the dominant number in a short D2multiplex where the houses are all accessed via service roads.
We lose the A64 (and the service roads) at the next roundabout but the route remains D2 width as we head south through Cross Gates. We soon pass that suburb's railway station and cross the line from Leeds to York, then bear left as the road becomes S2 once more. At the next roundabout we meet the B6159 (former A63) and the central reservation returns. The road goes through Austhorpe to reach the next roundabout, which gives access to a retail park; a hamburger-like lane through the roundabout allows eastbound A6120 traffic to access the park directly but all other movements must navigate the roundabout. The B6902 ends a short distance further on at J46 of the M1, and the A63 is the road in front.
