Treluswell Roundabout, also known as Four Cross, is the junction between the A39, A393 and B3292 to the north of Falmouth. The junction was a double mini roundabout, a common junction type throughout Cornwall, but was changed in 2017 to a standard four-arm, single layout at a cost of £2.9M. Prior to the opening of the Penryn Bypass in 1994 the route to the south was the A39 into Falmouth. The Penryn Bypass starts at the next roundabout to the west, as a result the final section of the A394 between these two junctions was renumbered as part of the A39.
