Dunfanaghy (Irish: Dún Fionnachaidh) is a small town, former fishing port and commercial centre in County Donegal.
It is an intermediate destination on the N56 Donegal to Letterkenny via An Clochán Liath (Dungloe) route. The town is close to the Donegal Gaeltacht but lies just outside it, which means that signs to it (eg: from Letterkenny) are bilingual Irish and English
