The B369 is a short B-road east of Walton-on-Thames.
It starts on the A3050 about a mile northeast of Walton and heads east, passing to the south of the Knight and Bessborough Reservoirs and to the north of the Queen Elizabeth II Reservoir; as these are at a higher level than the B369 all that can be seen of them are their embankments, which does mean this section of road seems quite rural. At the end of the road is a crossroads on the edge of West Molesey where the B369 TOTSOs left.
The B369 finally leaves the Bessborough Reservoir behind and becomes urban for the first time. It passes through the suburbia of West Molesey into East Molesey, where it terminates at a mini roundabout on the B3379 by the police station.
