The B374 is a short urban B-road just inside the southwest corner of the M25.
It starts on the A317 in Weybridge town centre and heads south through town before reaching a roundabout where it meets the B373. Priorities on this roundabout are such that traffic on the roundabout has to give way to northbound B374 traffic. Weybridge station is also accessible from the roundabout.
The B374 continues south, immediately crossing the railway line and meeting the B372 on the other side. It passes between Brooklands Circuit and Airfield and St George's Hill, a private housing estate built between the holes of a golf course.
The B374 ends at a roundabout on the A245 to the east of Byfleet.
