The B368 is a short B-road in central Surrey.
The road begins at a crossroads on the A247 in Send and heads east, traversing the nearby village of Send Marsh, before ending on the Portsmouth Road (now the B2215, formerly the A3) south of Ripley. It is a very short route, consisting entirely of the one-mile-long Send Marsh Road.
The B368 is a 'hidden road': the number is not signposted at either end of its route (or anywhere else for that matter) and is indicated only on maps.
